What is the 2-Big Broncos 4x4 Club about?

We finally got ourselves real 4x4 trucks - Ford Broncos. We started going out on trail rides with stock Broncos and were hooked. We enjoyed trips that had several vehicles, enjoyed learning and polishing our off-road driving skills, and enjoyed learning about trails and new places to go. So we started looking for a 4-wheel drive club to join.

We were sadly disappointed to find that the clubs in our area were very Jeep (and Suzuki and Landcruzer) oriented. They had a rather negative attitude towards us because our Broncos were "just too big!". For example, at 4x4 gathering, a couple of Jeep drivers wouldn't even tell us the location of a trail they were discussing. They said, "It's just for Jeeps."

So we started a new club; a club for people similar to us; people who want family fun and camaraderie. A club that is open to all, even full size trucks, and especially "too big" broncos.

Ford UAW Local 900 - First In Quality, First In Pride & Home of the Bronco, An American BreedThis graphic was found in the driver's side door of a 1986 Ford Bronco XLT on April 14, 2001.  The material used was a clear, thin plastic approximately 4"W X 1"H.  What an awesome indication of Ford's Quality Statement by the UAW Local 900 Union factory workers --
